5K Run on the Pacific Coast highway!

Join us for the Solana Beach 5K, a scenic run starting at Fletcher Cove on Plaza. The course heads north along the beautiful Pacific Coast Highway before looping back to the finish line. Solana Beach is one of San Diego's most beautiful beach communities, making this event even more special.

Please note that we cannot accommodate strollers. Participants must complete the course within 45 minutes. If you are unable to finish within this time, we kindly ask that you complete the race on the sidewalk to allow triathletes and duathletes a clear path to the finish line.
After the race, enjoy complimentary snacks and drinks, and visit the Life Sports Foundation Seek Beer Garden to celebrate your achievement with a refreshing beverage.
Awards will be given in two categories: 40+ and 39 and under.
